Corporation of the Township of Malahide

Budget Meeting  May 8, 2001, 8:00 P.M

Malahide Township Council met at the above mentioned time with all members present.

Seconded by:  Paul Faulds

THAT Malahide Township Council move into Committee of the Whole to discuss a Personnel matter.                                                                                                Carried

THAT Malahide Township Council reconvene from “Committee of the Whole” without a report.                                                                                     Carried

The Financial Highlights for the 2000 Fiscal Year were reviewed with Council.  A deficit of $16,600 is anticipated.  Council directed the Treasurer to prepare a resolution for the next regular Council Meeting,  confirming the transfer of various funds to and from Reserve.

Council gave consideration to various grants and donations, and directed that a resolution be prepared for the next regular Council Meeting.
