If this is a permit for a second house, a civic address sign (911) must be purchased. - $50.00

 

Houses and Additions            - $ 40.00 Minimum plus 0.23˘ / square foot

 

Barns , Sheds & Garages             - $ 40.00 Minimum plus 0.05˘ / square foot

 

Renovations, Grain Bins,

Silos, Manure Tanks, Bulk kilns, Based on Value of Work                         
- $ 40.00 - first $1000.00
- $  4.00 - for each additional $1000.00

The decision of the building inspector in regard to estimated costs on all construction 
shall be final.
