G.S.T.;
- cut the grass at the bottom of the hill in Port Bruce (former MTO
property) at a rate of $80.00/cut;
- cut and trim the grass at Wonnacott Park for an annual fee of
$1,320.00 plus G.S.T.;
- remove garbage at Wonnacott Park for an annual fee of $600.00.

THAT Bonnie Kellington be authorized to perform the following in 2001:
clean the Springfield Library and cut the grass at the Library for a

comments were received from Cumming, Cockburn, on the DeRyk property at Part
Lot 21, Concession 3 (Truck Terminal Proposal).

request from Catfish Creek Conservation Authority was received.
The following Resolution was considered:

THAT Malahide Township Council supports Catfish Creek Conservation
Authority’s Flood Emergency and Ice Management Program in the amount of
$38,000.00 and Legal expenses in Port Bruce in the amount of $10,000.00 with
the Township of Malahide deemed the benefitting municipality (Township’s
share $24,000.00).

Municipal Restructuring dated December 22, 2000.
